Our AMS solution is NOT custom software; rather it is a mature product in place and in use by our existing clients. Custom and desktop applications are vulnerable to obsolescence because of changes in operating systems, databases, scripting languages and the like. Keeping the software upgraded and compatible is our obligation, not yours, and there is no separate software maintenance fee.
Because our AMS solution is web based, staff, members, and visitors to your website are interacting with the same software. Information entered through the website need not be re-entered by staff. And changes made by staff in the office do not need to be separately entered into the web site. Drive members and visitors to your site for profile updates, membership applications and renewals and registrations, and the job is done.
We do not install our AMS solution separately for each client; rather we point all clients to the same code base. This allows us to update the software automatically and roll-out enhancements for all clients, by changing it once. Our AMS solution includes a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. The intuitive editor looks like a scaled down version of Microsoft Word®, except in our case, it saves the files as web pages on your site. You can copy and paste into it from a word doc, text file, anything that allows you to ‘grab’ the text. Formatting can then be done just like using a word processor. You can preview your changes, save them without publishing them “live” and return to complete them later. There are no particular skills required; nor do you need knowledge of html or programming. Office Manager TM also includes the facility to upload files, assign sub-sections of the site to volunteers, and even moderate their changes.

The Contact Management module is extremely flexible, allowing you to create multiple addresses, phone, email and other record types on the fly. Easily add new fields to the contact table as you need them, and tie these immediately into applications, reporting and broadcast email.
Our AMS solution easily enables your members and other constituents to purchase products and services from your organization. Our AMS solution handles the entire revenue cycle for your organization; from sale, to receivables through to collections. As a result, Our AMS solution eliminates duplication of effort and saves you enormous amounts of time and money. Membership applications, dues renewals, subscriptions, meeting registrations, profile updates, product orders, credit card receipts; when a member completes any transaction on line – it’s complete. Our AMS solution includes an intuitive meeting registration wizard that allows you to create an unlimited number of meetings. Define within each meeting as many sub-events as desired. Create for each event as many pricing categories as needed (member, non-member, emeritus, etc.). And, have as many different prices for each category as needed (early bird, on-site, etc.). This powerful wizard is extremely flexible and includes the WYSIWYG editor, the facility to create any questions you might need, and the ability to format the result into a professional multi-page online meeting registration form that is eCommerce enabled.
The membership application wizard allows you to build complex applications, as many as you require. Build separate applications for each member type, or associate multiple member types with a single application. Also included is the WYSIWYG editor for aesthetically pleasing applications, and, the ability to build any questions/fields you need. Questions can be tied directly into the contact database, including custom fields that you may have created, so that applications dynamically pre-populate that database. You, the organization, have the option to allow members to immediately join upon applying, or to moderate those joins. Applications can also allow applicants to upload supporting documentation.
Available as an add-on module, Store Builder is your own dedicated on-line shopping cart. Build categories and associate multiple products/services. Upload images, specify member and non-member pricing, bulk pricing, and even automatically obtain UPS and USPS shipping charges directly from UPS or USPS based on weight and where the order is shipping to or from.
The integrated broadcast email tool allows you to design custom broadcasts to members or contacts. Build, name and save a query that defines the individuals you want to reach. Save a default message, using the WYSIWYG editor for a graphically enhanced broadcast template. Personalize each outbound message with any information contained within the contact table.
